UNAIDS China office programme team to carry out administration related tasks. 

Programme support: Support programme advisers to review general communication, including correspondence that the UNAIDS Country Office receives and to field inquiries from national partners and provide responses with the supervision and clearance of the programme team where needed; 

Contracts: Support programme adviser and develop a contract tracking tool, drawing to the attention of programme advisers areas of follow up in relation to reports which are due or further instalments of payments which require to be made and ensure partner information in relation to contracts is properly stored both electronically and in hard copy files. 

Organization of meetings: Manage the planning of meetings organized or supported by the office to ensure finalised programmes/agenda for the meetings are available as well as all reference documents that may be required. Draft minutes/reports for key meetings including programme meetings as well as meetings with partners and where meetings take place virtually or conference calls and video conference. 

Other tasks: Provide support for the implementation of programme activities; Maintain and monitor financial records for the UCO; update UCO contracts database Day-to-day monitoring of financial transactions, expenditures, balances and payments for partner activities : Preparing Committee and programme staff, and provide support for drafting adjudication reports and contracts and ensure all required contracting documentation from programme staff is checked and submitted accordingly to the UCD and Operations Officer 
 
Area of Expertise Development programme/project administration 
 
§ Mandatory Area of Expertise Requirement Familiar with programme and administration management, previous experiences of international programme and administration management would be highly preferred; 
 
§ Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English, Strong relationship building skills with internal and external counterparts; Strong organizational skills; 
 
§ Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude;
 
§ Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities.
§ Fully proficient in a number of computer skills (word, excel, design skills would be an advantage.
